What is the turnaround time for shipping?
Orders placed on our website will usually be processed same day if placed before noon, or next day if placed after noon (EST). Transit time will vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Are there different sports and sizes available?
The 14 inch version is available for Ice Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, American Football, Volleyball, Handball/ Futsal, Field Hockey, Rugby as well as both Men's and Women's Field Lacrosse. We also have a 20 inch version available for Basketball, Soccer, Ice Hockey, Handball/ Futsal, Volleyball, American Football, and Men's Field Lacrosse. Our new 20" Multi-Surface Edition is available in Basketball, Soccer, American Football and Ice Hockey. with for more sports and sizes coming soon! We suggest joining our mailing list to be notified of additional availability. P-2 will be adding additional sports as time goes on.
If Playmaker does not have to be charged, how is it powered?
The regular 20 inch version of Playmaker LCD uses 2 x CR2032 button cell batteries, while the 14 inch version uses 1 x CR2025 button cell battery. The new 20" Multi-Surface Edition has a rechargeable battery that can be recharged using the included USB-C charging cable.
Playmaker LCD does not use power when drawing on the board, as there is only a very brief power drain on the batteries when the delete key is pressed. As such, you can expect to get approximately 1 year of use before having to replace the batteries in Playmaker LCD.
When I try to draw on the screen immediately after hitting the delete key why does it not show up?
When you press the delete key to clear the screen, Playmaker LCD will process an erase function for the entire screen that will usually take approximately 1-2 seconds to complete. If you try to draw on the board while the erase function is still being processed it will not appear. Please wait 1-2 seconds after pressing the delete key before continuing to write on the board.
How Durable is Playmaker LCD?
Playmaker LCD uses a Liquid Crystal Display, so please handle with care. It is likely that it will survive most minor drops and falls, but better to not test that out just in case.
Please also ensure it is not placed in an area where pucks or balls are being shot, as an object directly contacting the LCD screen is likely to do permanent damage. While it is fine to expose Playmaker LCD to mild moisture, it should not be submerged in water or used in conditions such as extremely heavy rain.
Can Playmaker LCD be used in the rain?
Playmaker LCD is fine to be used in light rain, but it should not be submerged or used in extremely heavy rain.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once the order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm it has been processed, along with a link to track your order.

What is the warranty for Playmaker LCD?
Playmaker LCD warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date from which the product is purchased. This does not include damage due to accidental breakage.

Do you sell on Amazon?
Playmaker LCD is the original LCD Coaching Board since 2018. Our success has spawned a number of cheaper, copycat products being sold under a variety of brand names mostly on Amazon. In order to maintain the differentiation between Playmaker LCD and these products we do not currently sell on Amazon. Playmaker LCD can only be purchased at authorized resellers around the world.
