At P2 Distribution, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund or exchange on purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Faulty Products: If a product is deemed faulty upon receipt due to manufacturing or material defects, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Faults include issues that:
- Render the product unusable as intended.
- Have significant defects or unfixable problems.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect product (wrong item, size, or variant), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or return.
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind returns. Exchanges may be accepted at the discretion of P2 Distribution, and any costs incurred for return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Process for Returns and Refunds

- Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for shipping the product back. In cases of faulty or incorrect items, P2 Distribution will cover return shipping costs. For discretionary exchanges, the customer will bear these costs.
- Assessment: Once the product is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility for refund or exchange. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. In cases of refunds to credit/debit cards, please allow additional time based on your bank's policies.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Products that are damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
- Products returned outside of the eligible timeframes specified in this policy.
- Clearance or discounted items (where marked as non-refundable).
5. Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
